"I can take 2 Vcaps daily glutathione instead of one?
hi guys .. whats up? I bought a 500 Mg Glutathione reduced with Milk Thistle Extract and alpha lipoic acid .. is written on the back of suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 1 Vcaps day preferably with meals. 2 Is it okay to take 2 capsules a day .. ? or it would be dangerous 4 me .. : (
It might be ok. Many people take up 1.2 g per day of ALA for their young skin. More than that is probably useless. As far as milk thistle, can take up to 1 g probably safely. Even more do not could be harmful, but I'm not sure. Never heard of it being toxic. Glutathione is good for you, but I'm not sure about the dose. Perhaps you may substitute 1 to 2 days pills every day to others and see how it goes from there.
