HRP is the same as Glutathione Peroxidase?

I am writing a lab report in which we studied the effect pH on the enzyme peroxidase spectrophotometry, we used a pH of 2, 4, 6 and 12 and pyrogallol as substrates, it's hard to find information on where and what was peroxidase in cells and what is its pH optimum is, I know that the horseradish peroxidase used an optimal pH of 6 to 6.5, but some of my fellow class peroxidase saying is in peroxisomes and its pH is 4.8, so … HELP!
