is the use of aluminum oxide medical grade cosmetic breast whilst safe? What is glutathione?

i want undergo microdermabrasion but hesitate to do so as I am breastfeeding. I also would like to keep my intake of anti-oxidant called glutathione. enlighten me on these. They want to sing but to resort to bottle feed my baby as those allergic to milk formula.

oxide aluminum does not enter the bloodstream when used topically, if it did, it would be very sick long before your baby ingests any of it. Anti-oxidants should be well, but I'm not familiar with glutathione specifically.
