Should I take vitamin C tablets to 17?
I turn 18 in a few months, but I did some research and want to pills vitamin C to produce glutathione (I get a lighter skin tone) and vitamin E. I heard he is doing well, but I am not considered an "adult" yet. If I start taking them may not have lasting effects on the body. Should I take 1000 mg tablets or 500 mg tablets? Thank you.
You should not have synthetic vitamin C, if you eat fruits and vegetables. Glutathione is naturally present in many foods, and if you eat, it is likely you have enough food. Both are antioxidants (like vitamin E), which helps to fight against cellular aging, but does not lighten the color of the skin. Take vitamin C will hurt you, 500mgs shoulf enough. Taking too can lead to some stomach upset, diarrhea.
