What is the best skin whitening product in the Philippines?

Well I would first like a list of powerful whitening skin creams, lotions and soaps. Do not want any pills / injections. I have no money to produce Glutathione Pills and do not want to deal with side effects and injections are too expensive. Want something you can buy at the mall. Do you know Watson or drugs Mercury or somewhere that can be easily obtained. I bought some soaps glutamine white and my mom said she heard they were good. My aunt said that Belo also makes a good soap. What about lotions? Creams? Nivea? Vaseline? I already use products so that only my body pond, not to face please:) Thanks

Kouji San, is a soap. Actually, I have not tried it yet, but I looked about the net, especially in the forums. I learned that many users found this effective. The only problem with this is that makes your skin dry. [Very dry] is why a lotion / moisturizer is recommended after using the soap. But in the end still depends on what type of skin you have. So I recommend instead of asking us, go to your dermatologist and seek his best recommendation.
