Why isn't my soap glutathione working for me?

I've been using ss sw + L Glutathione soap for about three weeks. i left it in the shower for 30 seconds on each part of the body and rinse. Evey iv used almost day and I put wunblock too. I do not think iv reached even half a shadow! It's a bit annoying and I have only about a third of the bar on the left lol i meant sunscreen
