Rationale for Total Protein Shake ™

For eons, long before modern food fractionating and synthetic capabilities food, people ate food as found in nature. That is the model we should strive for if we understand the obvious truth that health is best served by living life as we were genetically engineered.

All Milk
Although milk is composed of water, carbohydrates (lactose), fats, proteins, minerals and a variety of factors unknown properties and the importance of milk are greater and more complex than the sum of its individual components. In the past, dietary energy for human food at a premium. milk fat was a source of energy and milk producers are paid a premium for milk fat content of milk they produced. In today's society, dietary fat, especially saturated fats, are considered to have a negative impact on health. Whereas fifty years ago cows producing more than 4% fat milk were at the head of the pack, the average fat content fluid milk consumed in the U.S. today is less than 2%. In addition, 21% of milk fats occur as monounsaturated fatty acids, of which the most prevalent is oleic acid, the heart-healthy monounsaturated fat also found in olive oil. Recent studies have shown that milk from several other components acids such as butyric acid, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and sphingomyelin may have the potential to protect against major chronic diseases as cancer and cardiovascular disease. CLA, a fatty acid abundant in milk fat has received considerable attention because of its association with such potential effects health benefits, anti-cancer activity, anti-atherogenic and anti-diabetogenic. Recent
human studies have shown a link between the diet CLA intake and lower risk of breast cancer in postmenopausal women.

Unlike most protein supplements on the market, WPS does not contain isolated proteins or peptides, but relies upon the holistic wisdom of nature and thus provides the synergistic benefits of its components. Hence the reason behind using all milk contains lactose, the natural carbohydrate present in milk. Colostrum is the first meal of life. It is the pre-milk fluid produced from mammary glands during the first 72 hours after birth. There are over 90 known components in colostrum. The primary components are immune factors and growth factors. Among the immune factors are large quantities of an antibody secretory immunoglobulin A (IgA), and leukocytes and anti-viral factors such as lactoferrin. Primary include growth factors, epithelial growth factor (EGF) – skin protection and maintenance; fibroblast growth factor (FGF) – healing wounds and repair tissue, and insulin-like growth factor I (IGF-I) – to increase lean muscle mass, RNA and DNA repair, anti-aging, maintenance of normal blood glucose and cholesterol. Colostrum also contains a precise balance of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. All these factors work together in perfect synergy to restore and maintain health

Egg albumin
Egg protein has been considered the ideal against which all other proteins are measured. In WPS support to broaden the spectrum of natural proteins and increase the absorption time of the protein during the day. The egg is also an excellent natural source

Yogurt powder
For over 3,000 years, people in different parts of the world have been making and consuming yogurt. Added Microcomponents

In fact, a study of recent weight loss (August 2005), University of Illinois shows that a high protein diet along with exercise works because it contains high levels of leucine that works with insulin to stimulate muscle protein synthesis. They also act as a competitive antagonist of tryptophan is a precursor to fatigue-producing 5-HT (5-hydroxytryptamine) in the brain.

Arginine:
This amino acid is necessary for the synthesis and release of human growth hormone from the pituitary gland. Also works in muscle metabolism: transport, storage and excretion of nitrogen and muscle synthesis. Glutamine:

It constitutes 60% of the amino acid pool of the skeleton, which is an important factor in promoting the synthesis muscle. Tyrosine:
Is it a building block amino acid of proteins. It is a vital precursor to hormones such as dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine. It enhances mental focus and clarity. Tyrosine readily passes blood and blood-brain barrier where it acts as a precursor to the excitatory neurotransmitters and dopamine. Tyrosine is also useful in the formation of amino-sugars that are critical to the integrity of body tissues. Tyrosine connection with the excitatory neurotransmitter is important in stressful situations – including bodybuilding / lifting weightlifting and other strenuous exercises.

Carnitine
Is it essential to move the molecules of fat to the mitochondria of every cell in the body. Thus, allows the body to exercise longer without fatigue, thereby increasing energy while promoting fat loss.

Glucosamine and Chondroitin:

Lecithin:
It is a phospholipid that supports fat metabolism and helps liver function and emulsion lipid. In addition, weight loss studies have shown that calcium stored in cells fat plays a crucial role in regulating how fat is stored and broken down by the body through key hormone regulation. It is believed that more calcium in a fat cell, the more fat is burned. A single serving of WPS provides over 40% of the RDA of calcium.

Zinc:
Is an essential mineral that supports the immune system, helps wound healing, and plays an important role in the structure of proteins and cell membranes. Shaped structure finger,

Magnesium:

For muscle growth and maintenance – Before: Take one serving at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours before your workout.
